I have been on the phone just about everyday for the past 2 weeks with Singer and/or SewingInUSA trying to get help, but the problem is still not solved. Is there anyone out there that is using this machine or one similar. I am trying to download a design from the computer and I can't get the sewing machine to receive the design??? Just wanted to say I feel your pain and hope you get an answer. I just found this site and look forward to utilizing it often. These boards are always such a help. Kim

You can purchase them at the dealer where you bought the machine. I Have a Rose Viking. I also have Winzip to transfer the design to my machine. They I download the design and then in the Customizing part and then save it and then put the blank card in my box which is hooked up to the computer and then I go to Reader Writer and put the design on my blank card. You can delete designs and add more. I also print out a copy of the design because it gives you the color numbers to use. You set you customizing to the thread you want to use. I use nothing by Sulky. It works good for me. Hope this also can help you. Good luck. Carolyn
